Step 1: Apply 4 to 8 pumps of the Electric Complex Gel to clean, dry skin.

Step 2: Turn on your device.

Step 3: Either touch the globes to your skin to start the pre-programmed ‘THE LIFT’ treatment, or connect to the ZIIP App for more facials.

Step 4: Once your facial treatment is complete, wipe down your device and safely store.

Step 5: Rinse away any excess gel and continue with the rest of your skincare regimen.

What gel should I use with the ZIIP HALO?

ZIIP Gels are lightweight and highly conductive that prepare the face for microcurrent and ZIIP Nanocurrent™ facial treatments. The core formula at the heart of all of ZIIP’s Gels, Electric Complex Gel is crafted as a gentle, yet highly powerful conductive gel suitable for daily use on all skin types.

Can I use my device alongside injectables?

We recommend to not use retinol on the same day you use your ZIIP HALO device.

Can I use the ZIIP HALO without the app?

It requires no app connection, meaning you can free-form lift from the moment it touches your skin. How do I clean my device?

After every use, wipe down your ZIIP HALO with a soft lint-free cloth to remove excess gel. Ensure the device is clean and dry before safely storing at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, water, damp and debris.

Do I have a warranty on ZIIP HALO?

We offer a 2-year warranty on manufacturing-related issues when purchased from currentbody.com. The warranty is valid from the date the original order is placed and is not refreshed with replacement devices.

How do I charge my ZIIP HALO?

When the device needs to be charged, the band around the center of the device will glow orange.To charge, insert the USB-A to USB-C charging cable into a USB power adapter (not supplied), then plug the other end into your ZIIP HALO device. (Do not attempt to use device while charging.) If the device is completely drained of its battery and does not power on, plug in the device and press the power on button to activate charging. During charging, the band will glow orange. The device will take up to 4 hours to charge. Once fully charged, the orange light will switch off.

Can I use any USB-C cable to charge my ZIIP?

No, you cannot unfortunately. ZIIP HALO comes with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable - other types of charging cables are not compatible. If you have lost this cable, you can purchase at any electronics retailer. ZIIP is not compatible with Apple adapters, Apple cables, and PD (power delivery)/fast-charging/lightning adapters, because they can send too much energy into the ZIIP. Please check and ensure that your adapter/charger has standard 5V output and does not use any fast-charging technology.
